Updated: 03/17/2006 Board Meetings for Pacific Neighbors are normally held at the San Jose City Hall. Look in the meeting rooms on the West end of the Rotunda building (Wing). Access is easiest from 4th street. The meeting room may change, look for signage. We recommend parking in the 4th street garage for evening meetings. Parking is currently free after 6pm. (No need to have ticket validated if you enter after 6pm) The San Jose City Hall is on Santa Clara street between 4th and 5th streets.
